1. Eligibility for Returns –
- Products can be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unopened and unused.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items – The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or partially used products.
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable” on the product page.
3. Return Process – To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for returning the product.
- Pack the product securely, including the RA number and proof of purchase.
- Ship the product to the address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Refunds –
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges – If you received a defective or incorrect product, we offer free exchanges. Please contact us within 5 days** of delivery to arrange for an exchange.
6. Damaged or Missing Items – If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging to expedite the resolution.
7. Cancellation Policy – Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our Customer Support team. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return.
